By accessing and using photoresizer ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2 Description of Service

photoresizer provides free, browser-based image editing tools including photo resizing, compression, format conversion, and passport photo creation. All processing occurs client-side in the user's browser. We do not store, process, or transmit user images on our servers.

You retain full ownership of all images you process using our Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. The photoresizer software, design, and branding are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5 Service Availability & Disclaimer

Our tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
