Fast & Free Signature Resizing for SSC Stenographer

Stenographers work with precision every day, and the SSC application expects the same from your signature upload. The file must be a JPEG, within a tight KB range, at the dimensions listed in the notification. Our resizer makes that a one-minute job.

Upload a photo of your signature, crop it, set the size and download. We process everything locally in your browser, so your personal signature remains completely private.

How to Resize Your SSC Stenographer Signature

  1. Sign on white paper using a black pen with a medium or bold tip.
  2. Take a clear photo in natural light, with no shadow from your hand or phone.
  3. Upload and crop close to the signature.
  4. Enter the notified width and height in the sidebar.
  5. Set the target to 15–18 KB for a safe fit within 10–20 KB.
  6. Download and upload to your SSC application.

Common Signature Upload Problems (and Fixes)

"File size too large": lower the target KB or crop more tightly. Extra paper adds bytes.

"File size too small": raise the target closer to 18–20 KB, or use a higher-resolution photo.

Signature looks faint: retake the photo with a bolder pen and brighter light.

Wrong format: our tool exports JPEG, which is what SSC asks for. Don't upload PNG, HEIC or PDF.

SSC notices have stated that signatures in CAPITAL letters are not accepted. Always confirm the latest requirements in the official SSC Stenographer notification.
