SSC GD Constable Photo Resizer

The SSC GD Constable exam is one of the largest recruitment drives in the country, filling Constable (GD) posts in BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB and SSF, and Rifleman (GD) posts in Assam Rifles. With so many candidates applying from mobile phones and cyber cafés, photo errors are extremely common. Avoid delays by making sure your photo is compliant before you start the form.

Your photo is used on your admit card and checked during the CBT, PET/PST, medical examination and document verification. This tool crops, resizes and compresses it to SSC specifications with no watermark, no signup and no upload to a server.

1. Ask a friend to take your photo in daylight against a white wall, facing the camera directly. No cap, no spectacles.
2. Open this page in your phone browser and upload the photo from your gallery.
3. Crop so your full face and the top of your shoulders are visible.
4. Set 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm as the size, or the values in your notification.
5. Enter a target of 40 KB. The tool compresses to fit within 20–50 KB automatically.
6. Download the JPEG and upload it to the SSC website.

Always confirm requirements in the latest SSC GD Constable notification.
